Although we do not provide services onsite, Residents have services come to them through programs for the elderly.
We are a “Tax Credit Program”; affordable housing with your income and assets taken into consideration to qualify.
For our most available apartments:
Minimum yearly income is in the area of 22,000/annually. Maximum yearly income for one person to qualify to live at Woodcrest is 54,300/annually or combine income and asset income of $62,040/annual per two persons.
Monthly income and a small percentage of assets are taken into consideration to qualify. We are not section 8 or subsidized housing, however we do accept those programs should you have a voucher.
We offer one bedroom apartments only. There are pull cord stations in the bedroom & bathroom, roll-in showers and a dishwasher in each apartment. There is onsite storage and assigned parking for all units. We accept up to two cats, they must be indoor animals only. We are a smoke-free facility.
Residents pay heat, electricity, cable and phone. Water and Garbage are included with your rent. The lease agreement is for one year.
