​We offer independent living. All of our units are ADA approved, designed with “aging in place” as the goal for our residents. A person must be 62 or older and/or disabled. All of our units are ADA approved, designed with “aging in place” as the goal for our residents.

Although we do not provide services onsite, Residents have services come to them through programs for the elderly.  

We are a “Tax Credit Program”; affordable housing with your income and assets taken into consideration to qualify.

For our most available apartments:
Minimum yearly income is in the area of 22,000/annually.  Maximum yearly income for one person to qualify to live at Woodcrest is 36,840/annually or combine income and asset income of 42,120/annual per two persons.   

Monthly income and a small percentage of assets are taken into consideration to qualify. We are not section 8 or subsidized housing, however we do accept those programs.  

We offer one bedroom apartments only.  There are pull cord stations in the bedroom & bathroom, roll-in showers and a dishwasher in each apartment. There is onsite storage and assigned parking for all units. We accept up to two cats, they must be indoor animals only. We are a smoke-free facility. 

Residents pay heat, electricity, cable and phone. Water and Garbage are included with your rent. The lease agreement is for one year.
